Job Description

Assemble trophies, plaques and rubber stamps according to customer specifications. Operate engraving machinery to personalise trophies and awards and rubber stamps. Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service, both in-person and over the phone. Maintain a tidy and organised workshop and showroom.

Assemble trophies, plaques and rubber stamps according to customer specifications

Operate engraving machinery to personalise trophies and awards and rubber stamps

Pack orders

n

Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service, both in-person and over the phone

n

Maintain a tidy and organised workshop and showroom

n

Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed

n

Support the wider team with any other tasks as required

n

About you

n

Minimum 3 years experience in a factory

n

Previous experience in a similar production role is required

n





Basic knowledge of computers/printing

n

Ability to lift up to 20kgs

n

Ability to stand for the whole shift

n

Ability to work 8 hour shifts whilst standing for extended periods

n

Work well under pressure

n

Ability to meet deadlines
