- Deep Understanding of TechnicalEngineering (with Multi-disciplinary exposure)
- Preferably upstream/MidstreamOperational Experience (Operations Excellence)
- Experience of leadinginnovation engagements in Operations & maintenance through system design anddigital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degreein relevant fields like core Engineering (with some exposure in computerscience). Proficiency in either or few of AI, machine learning, data analytics,IoT, and advanced process control systems is appreciated.
- Over 15 years of experience inthe oil and gas sector, with a proven track record in leading technologyinnovation/transformation projects.
- &n; bsp; Deep understanding of theindustry and adeptness in implementing digital solutions for operationaloptimization. Experience of implementing and developing Digital Solutions acrossthe Upstream/ Midstream value chain
- Extensive consulting experienceserving oil and gas clients across all operational sectors including Asset Reliability,Asset Integrity, Operations and Maintenance.
- Proven project managementskills, including managing budgets and resources effectively.
- Excellent leadership andcommunication abilities to influence stakeholders at all levels.
