The Elastomers is seeking a reliable Process Worker / Compounder to join our Pakenham South production team. You will help prepare and compound rubber materials to recipes while upholding safety, quality and cleanliness standards.
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will weigh rubber chemicals, set up stations, transcribe formulations and handle materials. A robust eye for detail and safety orientation are essential for this hands-on role.
