Mudgreeraba, Queensland Join the Team at The Wallaby Hotel! We are looking for Gaming Attendants to join the team at The Wallaby Hotel in Mudgeeraba. You'll work across our Gaming Room, Public Bar, TAB and Keno, delivering excellent service and creating a fun and welcoming experience for our guests. You may already have gaming experience, or you might come from a pub, bar or other customer-facing environment and be ready to expand your skills.

What You'll Be Doing

- Deliver outstanding food and beverage service
- Provide a high level of service to gaming patrons
- Work across the Gaming Room, Public Bar, TAB and Keno
- Prepare and serve beverages and assist with bar operations
- Provide barista coffee service when required
- Process TAB and Keno transactions and assist guests with enquiries
- Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, responsible service requirements and venue procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe and well-presented venue
- Create a friendly and welcoming experience for every guest
- Support the wider Front of House team as required

What We're Looking For

- Hospitality or customer-service experience, ideally in a pub, bar or similar venue
- Confidence serving customers and working behind a bar
- Gaming experience is welcomed but not essential
- The ability to stay organised and attentive while managing competing priorities
- Current Queensland RSA and RSG
- Availability across weekdays, nights,



weekends and public holidays
