McNab in Brisbane is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager (Property) to lead the commercial function for the growing McNab Property business. Based in our Southbank office, you will drive development feasibilities, financial models and funding strategies to maximise risk-adjusted returns across the portfolio.
You will partner with internal leaders and external advisers, manage CAPEX budgets, and prepare investment memoranda and executive papers, presenting insights to the executive team.
