We currently have an exciting opportunity for a driven and passionate Recruitment Coordinator position to join our high-performing Industrial Recruitment team based in Clayton.

About the Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you will support the team in sourcing and recruiting candidates for a face passed environment. This is a role is a casual position that combines sourcing, interviewing and onboarding candidates.

n

Working within a supportive and cooperative team, you'll be responsible for sourcing, recruiting and onboarding candidates.

Key Responsibility

n

- Coordinate interviews, inductions and pre-employment checks.
n
- Manage recruitment administration, databases and candidate records.
n
- Ensure compliance with company policies,



legislation and client requirements.
n
- Support with placement management
n
- Build strong relationships with candidates, and internal stakeholders.
n
- Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
n
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team.
n
