- Explain the menu to guests, offer advice and recommendations, and assist those with special dietary needs or preferences.
- Have a thorough understanding of the wine menu and provide excellent food/wine matching recommendations to guests.
- Liaise with the kitchen team throughout the service period to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Transparent and reset tables to a high standard and ensure service areas are clean and tidy.
- Prepare a range of beverages (including cocktails) and espresso coffee to a high standard.
- Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation.
