MEININGER Innsbruck Zentrum offers a 12–18 month development programme for aspiring hospitality leaders. Trainees rotate through Front Office, F&B;, Housekeeping, Back Office and Management with assignments across Austria and at our Berlin Headquarters.
The programme includes career coaching, performance feedback and hands-on projects to implement current systems and streamline operations, helping you grow into a leadership role within MEININGER.
