About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our team at Comuna Cantina Everton Park. As a Cook, you will be responsible for providing high-quality food, excellent culinary skills, and ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery of meals. This is a part-time role based at our Everton Park location.

As a Cook, you will be responsible for:

Preparing and cooking a range of dishes in accordance with recipes and business standards.

Ensuring food is prepared and presented to a consistently high standard.

Assisting with menu implementation and daily food preparation requirements.

Monitoring food quality, portion control and minimizing waste.

Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with relevant regulations.

Storing and handling food appropriately and monitoring stock levels.

Assisting with ordering and stock rotation.

Working effectively within a busy kitchen workplace.

What we're looking for

Previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably in a restaurant or similar food service setting

Night and Weekend availability

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure

Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

A passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service





Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices
