About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team on a Permanent Part Time basis.
You will play a key role in supporting the successful operation of the Housekeeping department, ensuring accommodation rooms, public areas and resort facilities are maintained to the highest standards. As a hands‑on leader, you will support and motivate the Housekeeping team, coordinate daily operations, and work closely with Front Office, Maintenance and other departments to deliver exceptional experiences for our members and guests.
You will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, supporting team development, monitoring productivity, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, and helping create a positive and collaborative team environment. This role is ideal for an experienced housekeeping professional who enjoys leading by example and thrives in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
As RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort operates 7 days a week, this Permanent Part Time role requires flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor,
you will play an important role in ensuring our accommodation rooms, public areas and resort facilities are presented to the highest standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Lead, supervise and support the Housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service standards
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently achieved
Coordinate daily room allocations, team workflow and operational priorities
Assist with roster coordination, training, coaching and development of team members
Liaise with Front Office, Maintenance and other departments to ensure guest needs are met
Respond to guest requests and resolve housekeeping‑related issues in a timely manner
Monitor stock levels and housekeeping equipment to ensure operational requirements are met
Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive team culture
What you’ll need to be successful
Previous experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor or leadership role within a hotel, resort or hospitality environment
Solid understanding of housekeeping operations, cleaning standards and service delivery
Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing team
Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining exceptional presentation standards
Ability to effectively prioritise tasks and manage changing operational demands
Confidence in handling guest requests, feedback and day‑to‑day operational challenges
Strong commitment to workplace health, safety and wellbeing
Flexible availability to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
Excellent personal presentation and a genuine passion for hospitality
Certificate IV in Hospitality or equivalent experience is highly regarded
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences
