About the role:

- Work on complex matters, such as suitability issues & complaints
n
- Investigate complaints about the conduct of professionals
n
- Liaise with key stakeholders
n
- Identify key conduct issues, analyse & examine the evidence and draft succinct and well researched recommendations on the complaints.
n

The ideal candidate:
n
n
- Senior Lawyer with at least 5+ PQE and prior litigation, investigatory, regulatory or administrative law experience.
n
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, ensuring deadlines are met.
n
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to use transparent, concise language in correspondence and reports.
