- Based in the Student Experience and Success Portfolio based at the City East campus
- Part-time (0.6 FTE), continuing role
- Salary Range: $116,320 - $130,498 (pro-rated) per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

Work that matters

This role will report to the Senior Manager, Student Wellbeing and Safety. This role forms part of Student Wellbeing and Safety team within the Student Success Function and is aligned to the Student Experience and Success Portfolio within the University.

Experience

To join our community and thrive in this role, you will likely have the following skills and experience:

- Experience as a counsellor and/or mental health clinician,



with evidence of high- level competence in delivering services and supporting individuals with mental health conditions and/or crisis
- Demonstrated experience providing intake and assessment services, including triage and crisis interventions, to a diverse client group
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, including the ability to work effectively with people from a wide range of educational, social, and cultural backgrounds
- Eligibility to register with the Psychology Board of Australia through the Australian Health Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and/or the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) is also required
