This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative team and takes pride in delivering accurate and timely work.What you’ll be doing:Providing day-to-day administrative support for the business wise teamManaging customer enquiries via phone, email and internal systemsMaintaining accurate records and supporting account administrationInvestigating and resolving customer queries and invoicesAssisting with account reconciliations and processing documentationPromoting RAC products and services to support customer needsAbout you:Experience in a sales or customer service environment promoting productsPrevious administration or call centre experience (Desirable)Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skillsConfident communicator with a customer-focused approachAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesTeam player who enjoys working in a team environmentAt RAC, we're committed to Becoming the Driving Force for our members and community.
