Chas Clarkson is looking for an organised and hands-on Seasonal Warehouse Administrator to support our busy Warehouse team through our peak Christmas season, commencing immediately through to January 2027.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can confidently assist with administration, dispatch coordination, stock control and general day-to-day warehouse support.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with warehouse dispatch and delivery coordination
- Preparing consignment notes and booking deliveries with couriers and third-party logistics providers
- Maintaining dispatch schedules, transport logs, registers and job information
- Preparing and checking picking lists and dispatch paperwork ahead of scheduled deliveries
- Checking delivery addresses, order details and quantities prior to dispatch
- Updating dispatch details with confirmed quantities and relevant delivery information
- Liaising with internal teams, drivers,



couriers and suppliers regarding deliveries and outstanding information
- Assisting with stock control, stock counts and the annual stocktake
- Updating stock quantities, product information, locations and pallet IDs following stocktake
- Assisting with general inventory enquiries
- Checking supplier packing lists and quantities against purchase orders and confirming receipt
- Providing general administration and ad hoc support to the Warehouse team during peak season

We’re looking for someone who is organised, reliable, detail-oriented and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. You’ll be happy to pitch in where required and work closely with the wider team during our busiest time of year.
