The Role

As Fund Operations Analyst, you'll support the day-to-day operational and administrative functions of the fund - helping ensure capital moves correctly, records are accurate, and investors and stakeholders receive timely, reliable information.

Key responsibilities include:

- Processing capital calls, distributions, and investor transactions
- Supporting fund accounting tasks, including reconciliations and fee calculations




- Maintaining accurate records in Titanium (our fund administration platform)
- Assisting with investor reporting and maintaining the investor register
- Support capital raising activity and investor onboarding processes
- Supporting compliance and audit processes with accurate documentation
- Building and maintaining Excel-based trackers, reconciliations, and reports

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in (or a strong interest in) funds management, private credit, or private equity
- Strong Excel skills - comfortable building and maintaining models, trackers, and reconciliations
- High attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Graduates and candidates early in their careers are encouraged to apply

Nice to have:

- Some experience in funds management, portfolio administration or investment support within real estate credit or a related asset class
- Experience specifically within private credit
- Familiarity with Titanium or similar fund administration/portfolio management systems
- Experience with first mortgage, real estate asset finance or structured finance lending transactions
- Experience with warehouse facility administration
