Our cafés operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our team members are generally allocated a consistent roster pattern, working primarily across either day, afternoon or night shifts rather than rotating between all three. Most team members work 3-4 shifts per week.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Welcome customers and create a warm, friendly café experience
n
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
n
- Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee and other café drinks
n
- Assemble and present food items,



including plating hot food and preparing sandwiches and light meals.
n
- Operate fryers and prepare menu items to support efficient service.
n
- Deliver food and drinks promptly and professionally
n
- Handle customer payments and maintain cash handling accuracy
n
- Keep service areas, displays and dining spaces clean and presentable
n
- Work closely with your team to provide excellent customer service during busy periods
n
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
n

About You

- Friendly, reliable and customer-focused
n
- Enjoy working in a busy and fast-paced environment
n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
n
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- Previous hospitality, retail or customer service experience is preferred
n
- Barista experience is highly regarded, but not essential
n
- Committed to providing outstanding service every shift
