The Opportunity

Looking to build your career across Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic, rather than being siloed into a single channel? Join an established marketing agency as a Performance Media Executive, working across a portfolio of well-known consumer brands and gaining hands-on experience across the major performance media platforms.

n

You'll work alongside experienced performance specialists who will help you strengthen your technical skills, understand how different channels work together and develop your knowledge of performance strategy, measurement and client management.

n

This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved across the full campaign lifecycle, from setup and activation through to optimisation, reporting and insights.

What You'll Be Doing

n

Campaign Activation & Management

n

n
- Build, launch and manage campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic
n
- Support campaign setup across targeting, audiences, budgets, bidding and creative implementation
n
- Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, budgets and performance against agreed KPIs
n
- Complete regular campaign checks to ensure accuracy, tracking and smooth delivery
n
- Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results
n
- Optimise bids, budgets, keywords, audiences, placements and creative based on performance
n
- Support testing across creative, audiences, bidding strategies and campaign structures
n
- Work with senior team members to troubleshoot performance challenges and implement improvements
n

Reporting & Insights

n

n
- Prepare regular performance reports across paid media channels
n
- Track campaign performance against KPIs, budgets and client objectives
n
- Turn campaign data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
n
- Develop your understanding of measurement, attribution and performance reporting
n




- Work closely with Performance Managers and Directors across campaign planning and delivery
n
- Support client meetings, campaign updates and performance presentations
n
- Collaborate with internal strategy, planning, creative and account service teams
n
- Build your confidence communicating campaign results, insights and recommendations to clients
n

What We're Looking For

n

Technical & Performance Skills

n

n
- Previous hands-on experience across digital or performance media, ideally within an agency environment
n
- Experience across Paid Search, SEM, PPC and/or Paid Social, with Programmatic exposure highly regarded
n
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
n
- Good understanding of campaign setup, optimisation, reporting and key performance metrics
n

- High attention to detail when working across campaigns, budgets and reporting

- Curious and proactive, with a genuine interest in performance marketing and emerging media platforms
