Co-Hive is seeking a senior leader to own the curriculum and learning content across all programs, reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Management team. This role combines strategy with hands-on execution to shape what participants experience and how their progress is measured.
You’ll build the foundations—systems, processes and team capability—needed as Co-Hive grows, leading a team of Program Facilitators and Program Assistants to deliver impact for young Australians with mild disability
