Fortescue is seeking an experienced Trainer Assessor for Christmas Creek, FIFO from Perth or Busselton. You will deliver in office training across mining, processing and mobile maintenance, conducting competency assessments and VOCs, and coaching teams to lift capability while upholding Fortescue's safety culture.
You’ll partner with leaders to shape training plans, maintain records and run engaging inductions and practical sessions, with a focus on safety, professionalism and collaborative
