If you have a passion for great food, exceptional service and creating memorable holiday experiences, join our team at Kirra Beach Resort as a Food & Beverage All Rounder / Cook.How You’ll ShineAs a Food & Beverage All Rounder / Cook, you will play a hands-on role in the day-to-day Food & Beverage operations at Kirra Beach Resort, working across both kitchen and guest service functions.You will prepare and present high-quality food while also supporting front-of-house service to ensure our Owners and guests enjoy a welcoming and memorable dining experience.Your responsibilities will include:Preparing, cooking and presenting meals in accordance with established menus and quality standardsSupporting day-to-day kitchen operations and food preparationProviding friendly and professional food and beverage service to Owners and guestsTaking orders and serving food and beveragesAssisting with restaurant set-up, clearing, cleaning and general service dutiesMaintaining high standards of food safety,



hygiene and cleanlinessMonitoring food quality, presentation and portion standardsAssisting with stock rotation, storage and general inventory requirementsWorking across kitchen and front-of-house duties based on operational requirementsFollowing workplace health and safety, food safety and company policies and proceduresWorking collaboratively with the wider resort team to deliver an exceptional guest experienceWhat You’ll BringTo be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:Previous experience in a Cook, Food & Beverage or hospitality all-rounder role, ideally within a resort, hotel, café or restaurant environmentCertificate III in Commercial Cookery or relevant trade qualification is desirableSound knowledge of food preparation, food safety and hygieneFood & Beverage or customer service experienceA positive, friendly and team-focused approachStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing prioritiesConfidence working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work a versatile roster including nights, weekends, school holidays and public holidaysResponsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification, or willingness to obtain,
