There is an expectation of the teacher to support an evidence-based approach to the teaching of literacy, especially Sounds Write, Heggerty's phonemic awerness. A preparedness to class-share is necessary. The school incorporates ICT as a tool for supporting curriculum with an emerging multi-disciplinary approach to STEM.
