We are looking for a reliable and motivated Dispatch / Warehouse Operator to join our team at our High Wycombe facility.

About the Role

n

You'll play an important role in our finished goods warehouse, helping ensure products are received, stored, and dispatched accurately to our customers.

n

This role involves a combination of forklift work, order picking, dispatch preparation,



and general warehouse organisation, keeping your day varied and active.

- Receiving incoming stock and unloading deliveries
n
- Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch
n
- Wrapping and strapping pallets ready for transport
n
- Loading outbound deliveries using a forklift
n
- Maintaining accurate stock storage and organisation
n
- Assisting with stocktakes and inventory control
n
- Completing dispatch documentation and paperwork
n
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe
n

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is reliable, organised, and enjoys working in a warehouse environment.

Highly Regarded

n

- Valid LF Forklift Licence
n
- Strong work ethic and reliability
n
- Ability to work safely and follow procedures
n
- Previous experience in warehousing or dispatch
n
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Basic computer skills for warehouse paperwork
n
- Ability to work independently and within a team
n
