With ongoing demand across South East Queensland, we are seeking skilled real estate, property and administration professionals who are ready to step into flexible temporary assignments - some of which may evolve into permanent opportunities. Around 3-4 of our contractors transition to the same role permanently each month!

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Minimum one year experience in residential property or building management with excellent references from previous employers
n
- QLD Certificate of Registration or full Real Estate Licence (for the property management roles only)
n
- Valid QLD driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
- Experience with one or more CRM systems (PropertyMe, Property Tree, Console Cloud, IRE, Inspection Express, MYBOS etc.)
n

Professional presentation, reliability and an adaptable mindset are essential. You're someone colleagues would describe as dependable, positive and easy to work with and you approach challenges with professionalism and composure.

Temp WEST END RoleRemote/Hybrid/In-Office - In office

Position - Building Manager

n

When - Mid September 2026 (week commencing 14th or 21th)

n

Duties - General BM duties, possibly attending Body Corporate meetings

n

Days/Hours - Mon - Fri - 9am - 5pm

n

Parking - Free onsite parking provided

n

Company Car - N/A

Notes - Must have QLD COR or Real Estate License
