We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who understands the importance of exceeding expectations whilst maintaining company culture and beliefs.

We are recruiting for highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with experience in maintenance, welding, fabrication, and change management. You will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
n
Lead and supervise a team of maintenance personnel, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
n
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance programs.
n
Oversee all welding, fabrication, and fitting work to ensure quality and safety standards.
n
Manage change processes to enhance operational efficiency and equipment performance.
n
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and structural components.
n
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
n
Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies to support maintenance activities.
n
Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
n
Promoting and educating staff of company safety procedures to ensure legislative compliance with WHS regulations and conducting team toolbox meetings.
n
Qualifications & Experience:
n
Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role.
n
Strong background in mechanical fitting, welding, and fabrication.
n
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
n
Experience in change management and process improvement.
n
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
n
Knowledge of workplace safety, quality and compliance requirements.
n
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
