Flight Centre Travel Academy is seeking a Student Support Consultant to be the first point of contact for students, delivering timely, accurate guidance to drive progression and course completion. Based in office at our Brisbane head office, you’ll work closely with the Education Team to support multiple programs and ensure a positive student experience.
You will manage inquiries via phone, email, and text, maintain CRM records, monitor LMS submissions, and report on student activity.
