We are looking for a results-driven Territory Manager to join our team, looking after the QLD and NT geographies who will contribute to the growth of our Surgical division

This is an exciting chance to play a key role in supporting healthcare professionals and facilities, expanding our customer base, and driving business growth within this vital industry

Key Responsibilities

- Manage & Grow Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, ensuring high-quality service and support.
n
- Identify New Opportunities: Seek out new business opportunities within the Hospital market to drive growth.
n
- Travel & Connect: Regularly meet with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
n
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales and margin targets for your assigned territory.
n
- Provide Reports & Planning: Regularly report progress and update your Territory Plan to ensure success.
n
- Participate in National Initiatives: Engage in marketing campaigns, industry events and national account activities.
n
- Stay Informed: Keep up to date with market trends and customer needs, sharing insights with the team.

About You

n

n
- Proven commercial success within the operating theatre environment and a strong track record of achieving targets. Ideally within the Urology field
n




- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
n
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented team environment.
n
- Commercial experience in healthcare sector across key stakeholders (e.g. Surgeons, NUM's, Procurement etc.)
n
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, Excel and other computer skills.
n
- A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
