Bathurst Memorial Entertainment Centre is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to lead technical, operational and facilities functions. You will oversee staffing, equipment, safety, and budgets, and work with the leadership team to deliver shows and events.

The role requires a minimum four years in a similar role, strong WHS knowledge, and a calm, team-oriented leadership style. A current C class driver’s licence is also required.
