We're looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Cashier / Shop Assistant to join our supermarket team in Paddington.

About the Role
n
As a Cashier / Shop Assistant, you'll be an important part of our store team, helping create a welcoming experience for our customers while keeping the checkout and store running smoothly.
n
Serving customers at the checkout in a friendly and efficient manner
n
Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately
n
Providing a high level of customer service
n
Restocking shelves and keeping the store well presented
n
Receiving deliveries and unpacking pallets
n
Assisting with general supermarket duties as required
n
Working as part of a friendly and supportive team
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who is:
n
18 years or older
n
Holds a current NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate or willing to get one
n
Friendly, approachable and confident when dealing with customers
n
Reliable, punctual and responsible
n
Well presented and professional
n
A good communicator and team player
n
Able to work in a busy retail workplace
n
Happy to assist with a variety of tasks around the supermarket
n
Previous supermarket, retail or cashier experience will be highly regarded.
