We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable dealership in Brighton to find an experienced and skilled Vehicle Technician. Duties of a Vehicle Technician:

n

- Conduct comprehensive vehicle servicing and repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards




n
- Perform complex diagnostics and resolve vehicle issues efficiently
n
- Complete all work within specified timeframes to maintain productivity
n
- Uphold high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
n
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols
n
- Support apprentice technicians and junior team members as required
n

Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

n

n
- Level 3 qualification as an automotive technician
n
- Proven experience working within a main dealer network or similar environment
n
- Diagnostic and repair skills to handle a range of vehicle issues
n
- MOT tester accreditation is preferred but not essential
n
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
n
- Good organisational and communication skills
n
- Motivation to achieve and exceed set targets
