Serco is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager for Clarence Correctional Centre in Lavadia, NSW. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, compliant and effective facilities management services across the Centre.
Reporting to the Business Services Manager, you will oversee asset management, maintenance delivery, contractor performance, capital planning, budgets and safety, building a high‑performing culture grounded in accountability and collaboration.
