We Are Seeking An Experienced Sous Chef To Join Our Team. Working Closely With Our General Manager And Area Head Chef, You Will Assist With The Day-to-day Running Of Kitchen Operations Ensuring The Highest Quality And Consistency Of Food, Along With

- Providing hands on motivational leadership and structure in the kitchen.

- Leading and inspiring the kitchen team,



fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- Managing food and labour costs to achieve budgetary goals while maintaining exceptional standards.

- Working closely with and supporting the management team to ensure guest expectations are exceeded.

YOUR BACKGROUND

n

n
- Previous Sous Chef experience in a premium, quick-paced restaurant kitchen or CDP ready for the next step
n
- Ability to lead a team and manage service in the absence of the Head Chef
n
- A team player attitude with a love of food and drive for excellence
n
- Ability to stay calm and keep standards high under pressure
n
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience
