About the role:

n

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team and manage the commercial cleaning portfolio. Your primary focus will be to manage the day-to-dayoperations of a commercial portfolio within the Melbourne Metro region, ensuring excellent service delivery to our clients across the portfolio. You will supervisea high performing team through solid delegation, coaching and leadership capabilities.

Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 4:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Managing the service delivery and performance of daily cleaning operations across a portfolio of commercial sites.
n
- Provide strong leadership, training and support to your teams so they are empowered to do their best.
n
- Build and maintain effective and lasting client relationships.
n
- Be client focused ensuring a high level of cleanliness and excellent customer service.
n
- Driving adherence to performance standards across the portfolio in accordance with SOP's, policies and service expectations.
n
- Ensure rosters are prepared to modern award and budgetary requirements.
n
- Implementing initiatives to drive a high performing and protected work environment.
n
- Provide regular reporting and operational analytics.
n

About you:

n

We are looking for candidates who have the following qualifications:

n

n
- Experience managing cleaning teams across multiple sites.
n
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning operations and ideally hospitality operations as well.
n
- A valid driving licence.
n
- Current Police Check.
n
- Proven success in leading and developing a high performing team.
n
- Robust understanding of commercial cleaning equipment and processes, chemical handling, and WHS requirements.
n
- Working knowledge of the Cleaning Services Award highly regarded however,



not essential.
n
- Very high attention to detail, time management and strong written and verbal communication skills.
n
- The ability to motivate your team and empower them to deliver the highest standards.
n
- A proven emphasis on customer service with a highly visible "can do" attitude.
n
