bout the Role

n

This role combines customer service, order fulfilment and administration. Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat.
n
- Resolving issues and following enquiries through to completion.
n
- Processing and managing orders accurately using our custom CRM software.
n
- Supporting corporate and wholesale clients with their orders and requirements.
n
- Packing, quality-checking and preparing orders for dispatch.
n
- Coordinating with the bakery team to ensure orders are accurate and ready on time.

- Assisting with reporting, inventory stocktakes and general office upkeep.
n

About You

n

n
- At least two years of customer service experience.
n
- Transparent, friendly communication skills.
n
- Intermediate computer skills and confidence learning new systems.
n
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise.
n
- A practical approach to solving problems.
n
- Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work independently and within a team.
n
- You should be comfortable balancing customer enquiries with hands-on tasks in a busy bakery environment.
