The TheirCare Plus Brisbane region is seeking an Area Manager - NDIS Services to lead strategic and operational direction across a portfolio of NDIS services. Based in the Brisbane area, you will travel across Brisbane and the Gold Coast as the business expands Queensland-wide.
You will coach Service Coordinators and Disability Support Workers, ensure quality, compliance and participant outcomes, and play a key role in scaling operations while building solid community relationships.
