Working within a supportive rural health environment, you will gain valuable experience across a range of settings while developing professional practice, critical thinking, care coordination and collaborative healthcare skills.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver protected and effective patient-centred nursing care.Practice in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia Code of Conduct, Code of Ethics and Standards for Practice.Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and contribute to care planning.Apply evidence-based practice, clinical standards and guidelines to support quality care delivery.Develop analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and respond to patient needs.Participate in quality improvement, workplace safety and career development activities.Engage actively in performance development and review processes throughout the graduate year.About youTo be successful in this role,
