Recruitment Advisor – Internal | Brisbane HQ — Permanent Full time

We're looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join the People team at Brisbane HQ.

You don't need recruitment experience. What you do need is a real understanding of our brand. You know what it takes to succeed in a fast-paced retail world, what it takes to make sure our customer has a special experience every time, and what it takes to meet a store budget.

This role is based at Eagle Farm; it is permanent full-time Monday to Friday. You will report into our Talent Partner who will provide you with on-the-job training and support you as you develop in the role.

What You’ll Do

- Work with our Talent Partner on Store Leader and Assistant Store Leader recruitment sourcing, screening, and coordinating through to offer
- Build and keep candidate pipelines warm through job ads, referrals, and our own talent pools
- Run structured phone screens that get to the heart of what a role and store need




- Coordinate interviews, reference checks, and right-to-work compliance
- Quote correct salary and incentive information and keep our systems and records accurate and up to date
- Make every candidate feel the Lorna Jane difference

What You’ll Bring

- Exceptional communication skills, the confidence to pick up the phone and phone screen our candidates
