Job Description
GBMC HealthCare is seeking a Development Operations and Financial Reporting Manager to oversee donor data analytics, daily gift processing, and complex fundraising reporting. You will manage Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT systems, Classy imports, and endowment fund tracking while collaborating with the Finance Department for month-end reporting.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in donor stewardship with strong analytical and communication skills.
The right person will have robust administrative, leadership, financial, and people-management skills, plus experience in medical practice settings.
