The Rolen
The key responsibilities of this role will include:

n
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of construction and commercial contracts
n
- Supporting tender processes and bid documentation from a legal and commercial perspective
n
- Advising on project risk allocation, contract administration, variations, claims, and disputes
n
- Partnering closely with commercial teams, and senior leadership to deliver commercially sound legal outcomes
n
The Candidaten
The successful candidate will be a talented construction/infrastructure lawyer with a minimum of 3 years’ PAE. You will have relevant construction experience at a well regarded law firm or similar in-house role. In addition, you will have:

- Experience in drafting and negotiating key construction and commercial contracts
n
- An ability to understand the bigger picture and to collaborate effectively with various functions of the business
n
- Quality training (either in private practice or in-house)
n
- An ability to provide pragmatic and timely legal advice within a complex commercial and operational setting
n
- Clear and persuasive written and spoken communication skills
n
- Negotiation and drafting skills
n
