Cooper Machinery Services is seeking a Field Service Crew Chief on a full time basis. This field-based role requires leading crews through maintenance, overhauls, installation, startup and commissioning of reciprocating engines and compressors.

You will direct execution, ensure safety, and act as the senior technical liaison with customers. You will travel up to 80% and coach field technicians, applying OEM procedures and strict quality standards.
