Bank Street Social is looking for an experienced and energetic Duty Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for quality drinks, fast-paced service, strong leadership and great hospitality.

About the Role:

n

You'll be working in a busy late-night venue with a strong focus on cocktails, local craft beer and wine, and premium spirits. We're open 7 nights a week, with late service on weekends, so Friday and Saturday availability is essential.

Previous management experience is required for this role. We're looking to fill 3 to 4 shifts per week, however a full-time position may be available for the right candidate.

What We're Looking For:

n

- Proven experience in a fast-paced bar or club environment
n
- Solid cocktail knowledge and confidence behind the bar
n
- Familiarity with premium spirits, local beer and SA wine
n
- Great attitude and communication skills
n




- Excellent time management and attention to detail
n
- Ability to work well under pressure as part of a team
n
- Current RSA and RP badge
n
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership/management role or similar in hospitality
n
- A solid understanding of back of house operations
n
- Knowledge on late night trading compliance and regulations
n
