An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Strata Manager to join a well-established and growing strata management business.

n

The company operates as part of a much larger property group, providing the stability, resources and backing of a major organisation while maintaining the close-knit and supportive culture of a dedicated strata team.

You will join a team of approximately 15 staff and take responsibility for a well-managed portfolio of around 35 schemes comprising approximately 700 lots.

n

The Role:

n

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of your own strata portfolio, with support from an experienced and collaborative team. Key responsibilities include:

n

- Managing approximately 35 schemes / 700 lots
n
- Building strong relationships with owners, committees and key stakeholders
n
- Preparing and conducting AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings
n
- Managing budgets, levies, maintenance and compliance requirements
n




- Coordinating contractors and maintenance works
n
- Providing proactive advice and solutions to clients
n
- Ensuring a high level of service across the portfolio
n

About You:

n

You will ideally have previous experience managing your own strata portfolio and be confident dealing with owners, committees and contractors. Strong communication, organisation and relationship-management skills will be highly regarded.
