Schnitz is seeking a Head of Operations Excellence to lead the development and continuous improvement of operational systems across our national restaurant network. You’ll drive governance, audits, and performance reporting while supporting current initiatives rollout with cross-functional teams.

You’ll own the Operations Manual, SOPs and standards, lead WHS practices, and manage dashboards, scorecards and franchise communications to raise the guest experience and operational consistency.
