Job Description

Southern Cross Care QLD is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead our clinical care team at St Anne's Residential Aged Care Home in Broken Hill. This permanent role may also be a minimum 12-month contract, with a supportive organisation and Not‐for‐Profit salary-sacrifice options.

You will provide leadership, coordination and expert clinical practice to deliver high-quality person-centred care, promote teamwork, and mentor staff to meet accreditation and resident needs.
