HR Administrators & HR Coordinators | Permanent, Temporary & Contracts

Stellar Recruitment is currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced HR Administrators and HR Coordinators for a range of upcoming permanent, temporary and contract opportunities across Queensland.

We are looking to connect with HR professionals who are organised, proactive and confident supporting employees and leaders across the full employee lifecycle.

About the roles:

- Coordinating onboarding, inductions, employee changes and offboarding
n
- Maintaining employee records, contracts and HR documentation
n
- Managing HRIS data and employee information
n
- Supporting recruitment, mobilisation and pre-employment processes
n
- Coordinating training and development activities
n
- Responding to day‐to‐day HR queries
n
- Supporting performance management documentation and follow‐up
n
- Assisting with HR projects, policy rollouts and process improvements
n
- Working closely with managers, supervisors and internal stakeholders
n
- Supporting compliance and employee lifecycle processes
n
- Contributing to employee engagement initiatives
n

About You:

n

n
- Previous experience in an HR Administrator, HR Coordinator or similar role
n
- Robust administration, organisation and time management skills
n
- Experience supporting onboarding and the broader employee lifecycle
n
- Confidence using HRIS systems and maintaining accurate employee records
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment
n
- A proactive and practical approach to HR support
n

n

Experience within mining, construction, manufacturing, heavy industry or other blue‐collar environments will be highly regarded, however candidates from other industries are also encouraged to apply.

n

A qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline will also be advantageous.
