Climate Friendly is seeking an IT Support Technician to deliver reliable technology support across our growing organisation. You will provide Level 1 and 2 support for hardware, software and devices, acting as a first point of contact for incident resolution and onboarding.
Reporting to Senior Service Delivery Manager within Technology Hub, you will manage Jira tickets, assist with Intune and Entra ID, and contribute to security and IT governance while maintaining documentation.
