Mineral Resources seeks an experienced Mining Compliance Trainer to support Mount Marion Lithium operations. In a FIFO roster 8 days on / 6 days off from Perth, you will build capability, confidence and safety performance among operators and crews.
You will deliver competency-based training, conduct inductions and assessments, and mentor staff in secure, productive operating practices while maintaining accurate records and supporting continuous improvement.
