Laminex is seeking a senior distribution leader to take charge of the Welshpool Distribution Centre in Perth, overseeing the main DC and satellite hub. You will guide 34 full time staff on a 20,000 m2 site and a small satellite team, driving safety, efficiency and customer-focused performance.
You will manage logistics, partner with sales and procurement, and implement data-driven improvements across the distribution network, fostering a high-performing culture and resilient operations.
