Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Mental Health Clinician – Nursing to deliver recovery-oriented care to consumers with chronic and persistent mental illness. Based at Blacktown Hospital, you will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive clinical care and collaborate with carers and services.

You will perform triage, assessments and care planning, coordinate cross-sector interventions, and contribute to quality improvement and health promotion initiatives.
