Front of House staff at O'Connell's Centenary Hotel, a cornerstone of Melbourne hospitality. You'll bring energy, professionalism, and personality to the floor, whether it's a packed Friday night, a relaxed Sunday lunch, or a big game day crowd. You know how to read the room and deliver.

Key responsibilities

Deliver warm, confident, and efficient service across the bar and floor

n

Create memorable guest experiences—not just transactions

Work collaboratively with a tight, professional team

Maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment

Contribute to the overall vibe and culture of the venue

About you

Experience in a busy pub, bar, or restaurant environment

n

Strong communication and people skills

n

A natural sense of urgency and attention to detail

A positive attitude and team-first mindset

Availability across nights, weekends, and key service periods
