Westjustice, a Melbourne-based community legal centre, seeks an experienced People & Culture Lead to drive wellbeing, inclusion and workforce capability while shaping strategy and people practices.

Reporting to the CFO/Company Secretary, you will partner with leadership to develop leadership development, succession planning, culture initiatives, attraction and talent management, as well as health, safety and HR systems to enable a high-performing, values-driven workplace.
